Delivery Time

Some cork floor tiles are available for shipping when your order is received; however, many floor tiles are made for your specific order and have a longer scheduled delivery time.

Please check the floor category you have chosen for an approximate delivery schedule. 

If your tile is not available within the approximate delivery schedule, you we be notified of the expected delivery date.

 

Payment Method

All payments are in Canadian Dollars. 

We accept payment with INTERAC e-Transfer

 

 

Return Policy 

All sales of cork flooring products are final. We cannot accept returns for refund or credit.

Please make your choice wisely and carefully. We make samples available to insure that you are aware of pattern, texture and colour. Remember, cork flooring is a natural product and samples may vary from the actual product that you receive.

 

Returns

If Interiors Only processed your order incorrectly or you are reporting defective merchandise, please contact Interiors Only immediately.

If any part of your order must be returned, you must obtain a return authorization number from Interiors Only. Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number. Authorization will include instructions as to how the merchandise should be returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

 

Freight damage

If freight damage is visible, refuse the shipment and it will be returned to Interiors Only. Contact Interiors Only for further information.

If freight damage is concealed, keep all packaging materials along with product and contact Interiors Only immediately.
